Our apartment is below ground a bit in a big building in a wonderful section of Prague. ...a new building. ..built around a hundred years ago! The inner courtyard of all the buildings on the block is big. And we have a little shelf like ladder that let's us climb out the window to the green garden. We have a key to a back door too....but I like the window.
The better view is from our host Mechthild's apartment on the second floor. Now if she reads this blog she will know I went out the window. I didn't do it often as it rained in Prague most of the time we were there. Loved our umbrellas! And loved Mechthild.
